David is a former U.S. Army Ranger currently residing in Raleigh, North Carolina with his lovely wife and one spoiled Shiba Inu. He is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200 with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing Qigong and Taijiquan for more than 25 years. He recently took First Place for both Empty Hand and Weapon categories in the advanced Taijiquan division of the Queen’s Cup 2024 CACMA tournament. He has a deep love of philosophy that has led to him dedicating his life to this training.
